Intellectual property

Unofficial products. The prints, posters and figures in this shop are fan-made works (fan art) inspired by series, comics and video games. They are not official or licensed products, and ManchaShop has no connection with, sponsorship from or endorsement by the authors, publishers, studios or brands that created them (for example Toei Animation, Shueisha, Marvel, Lucasfilm or The Pokémon Company).

Trademarks and characters. The names, characters, logos and trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and are referred to only to describe the product.

Price. What you pay covers the design work, printing, materials and shipping of each piece.

Custom orders. If you place a custom order and send us images, photos, logos or designs, you declare that you created them or have permission to use them, and you take responsibility towards third parties if that is not the case. We may decline any request we believe infringes the rights of others.

Takedown. If you own rights (or represent someone who does) and believe a product infringes them, write to hola@manchashop.es with the product and your details. We will take it off sale within 72 hours at most while we review it, with no further formalities.
