Terms of sale

Sales on this website are made by a private individual, not a business. Therefore:
- Prices are final. As this is not a registered business, no VAT is charged and no invoices are issued; the order confirmation email serves as your proof of purchase.
- The sale is governed by the Spanish Civil Code.

Orders and payment. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed: by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, or by Bizum once we receive the amount. Card details are handled by Stripe; this website never sees or stores them. If you choose Bizum, the order is held for the time shown at checkout and cancelled if payment does not arrive in time.

Availability. Many pieces are one-offs or short runs. If something were sold without stock by mistake, we will let you know and refund you in full.

Photos. They are real photos of the product; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Shipping. Orders are packed within 1-2 working days and shipped with the carrier you choose. Free over 35,00 €. See the Shipping page.

Returns. Although it is not mandatory between private individuals, we offer 14 days to return any purchase. See the Returns page.

Custom orders. Made to measure after agreeing price and timing by email. As personalised pieces, they cannot be returned unless faulty. Whoever places a custom order guarantees they have the right to use any images, logos, texts or designs they provide, and takes responsibility towards third parties if that is not the case. Requests that reproduce protected content without permission, or that are offensive, will be declined.

Complaints. Write to hola@manchashop.es; we reply within 7 days at most. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of the buyer's place of residence.
