What data we process and why:
- Account and orders (name, email, phone, address, purchase history): to manage your purchases and shipping. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Custom orders (what you write in the form and any photos you attach): to reply with a quote. Legal basis: your request.
- New print alerts: only if you sign up and confirm your email. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw with one click in every email.
- Reviews: your name and opinion are published next to the product.
Who we share it with (only what is needed): Stripe (payments), Packlink and the chosen carrier (shipping), the email provider and the server hosting provider. Data is never sold or used for third-party advertising.
How long: account data while you keep the account; order data for as long as needed for warranties and legal obligations; unaccepted custom order requests for up to 12 months.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@manchashop.es. You can delete your account from My account → Profile. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
